I am on a "fad" diet : the cambridge weight plan. I started on 2 December 2010 and have los 28 lbs so far. I have been consistent and plan on continuing until I have reached my goal. Then I will be building up my calorie intake slowly while increasing exercise. How do you feel about that? My blog: obesityrehab.blogspot.com. Shows you my process. Isn't it true that a fad diet or crash diet can help if you maintain your weight afterwards?

Obese people are so dam lazy. No reason to be that fat if you're not ill or have a bad thyroid. A bunch of nasty looking people that are too lazy to cook a healthy meal or exercise. The worst is that these fat losers teach their kids to be fat and lazy like they are. Every time I see one of them wobbling around I want to punch them in the face. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH
