If you are part of the millions of people who really love to eat, remove the hearts of the majority. Call it what you want, but I call it love. For many it is more important than anything else in life. It is the satisfaction of feeling good all over. While some call it binging deny others the term is available. With a huge appetite is just send a message to your brain with the instructions for processing the food. Some eat the right food for their digestive system and others do not. Those who do not, it binging and others call it the fine cuisine.
Our body reacts differently. Some can eat a lot and have no problems and some eat only a little and have great difficulty. All other is? Somewhere in the middle.
