Obesity is a condition in which the natural energy reserve, stored in the fatty tissue of humans and other mammals, exceeds healthy limits. It is commonly defined as a body mass index (weight divided by height squared) of 30 kg/m2 or higher.

Although obesity is an individual clinical condition, some authorities view it as a serious and growing public health problem. Some studies show that excessive body weight has been shown to predispose to various diseases, particularly cardiovascular diseases, diabetes mellitus type 2, sleep apnea and osteoarthritis.

Binge eating disorder is a disease in which people use food to satisfy a variety of emotions, in order to deal with it. People can binge, if they have any negative emotions such as anger, sadness or depression. Another reason, a person is shear binge boredom. People have used food as a mechanism to deal with for so long that now that it is a habit of turning and the use of food, so they feel better. People do not know how they deal with their "life" without food.

Binge eating disorder is a type of eating disorder characterized by persistent Binge Eating to excess capacity, followed by periods of guilt and disgust. Unlike bulimia, Binge Eating Disorder not also times of flushing.

You can also quickly (stop eating for a while) or exercise obsessively after a binge eating. All three of these eating disorders with unhealthy eating patterns that start and gradually build to the point at which a person feels unable to control them.

As in other eating disorders, in the binge-eating disorder people are all too often, and unhappy with their weight , Body shape and appearance. People with binge eating disorder often feel miserable about their lives and are a higher risk of serious health complications than those without the disorder. Certain behaviour and emotional problems are more common in people with Binge Eating disorder.

Be better prepared before you go for the next binge-eating:

* It helps to find out what to eat, the so-called forbidden foods and still maintain your weight. It is important that you do not feel they have to deprive yourself of your favourite, so you never feel a real need to overindulge or binge to compensate it.

* Fill in with low-fat or healthy food, whenever you feel like binge-eating.

As depression is largely absent in the case of compulsive eating, it is considered less dangerous than Binge Eating, because it has a reduced chance to participate in bulimia. However, compulsive overeating is becoming a Binge Eating Disorder, if you follow the emotionally and mentally to your body shape and weight.The causes of both forms of eating disorders are similar, but both are emotional or psychological in nature. Just like smoking, it is not the body craves the cigarette, but the mind.
